The corneal thickness is displayed as a color
scheme over the entire area. The colored bar allows
a fist evaluataion. Through the locally dependent,
colored representation of the corneal thickness,
it is possible to determine the actual thickness
at any location by a mouse click.
The corneal front and rear surfaces are taken with
the Scheimpflug camera. The subsequent elevation
measurement supplies precise results.
The pachymetric representation is calaulated from
a 3D measurement of the true elevation of the
coreneal front and back surfaces. This from of
measurement and analysis guarantees precise
results. The measurement of the corneal thickness
without any eye contact is very comfortable for the
patients.

The topographic analysis of the corneal front and
back surfaces is based on the true elevation
measurement from limbus to limbus. The color
topographic representation allows an initial
assessment of the cornea as already well-known
from keratograph (in this case regular astigmatism).
The colored car shows the corresponding corneal
radius and elevation. The location-dependent
topography representation allows detailed analysis
of any location by a mouse click. The comparison
of several topographies supploes a means of control
before and after regractive surgery.
Both corneal surfaces can be selected for analysis
in sagittal, tangential or elevation representation

modes.
